Delivery methods
All deliveries within the United Kingdom are free of charge and despatched via first class post.
For International deliveries postage is free for orders with a value of £75 or more.
Delivery is usually 14-28 days for all our products contained within our online shop with the exact time varying depending on the nature of the product ordered. Times of delivery are detailed on the individual product description page for each product, contained within our shopping pages. Should there be any delay in sending our products we will contact you in advance, for example, for commissioned one-off pieces. If you have a deadline by which you need to receive a specific product, please email us in advance and we will do our utmost to deliver to you for this date.
Refund and Return Policy
Fabhatrix will exchange any unworn products within 28 days of purchase or repair defective goods. Goods can also be returned and exchanged for credit notes, with no time limit on spending the credit note. Valid both for online puchases and in person purchases in our shop. Fabhatrix are not liable for postage, shipping or taxes due on returned goods. Should you wish to return any item purchased in our online shop, please contact us in the first instance.

Your details will only be used to process your enquiry or order, or to send you related information relating to Fabhatrix. You may elect to also receive information from the Grassmarket Area Trade Association (GATA) but equally you may request not to do so, or to be taken off our mailing list at any time. You can select which information you wish to receive from us by visiting our preferences page. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). You may email us to check the information we hold about you at any time.
